    Have been getting food here since they opened, never had a problem. I even got the Aircraft Carrier for a new year's party and it was spot on. My go to sauces are the Hot Garlic and Citrus Chipotle for bone in. Honey mustard and Golden BBQ for boneless. I like the teriyaki for the ribs and love the mustang ranch rub for the waffle fries. The macaroni salad and coleslaw are basic nothing to write home about. But, whether delivery or pick up never had an issue.

    This is a hit or miss spot. Mostly successful for late night college student orders. Don't rely on this place to get your order right, deliver you fresh food, or have decent customer service. If you just want a quick order of wings then this place will do. There's no inside seating and you can order online/phone. We ordered 3 different flavors of wings and half our chicken was not fresh at all .. really ruined the experience.

    I always order the Hanger One Combo meal for $10. Good meal for the price. Now the price has gone up $6. $15.99 per meal. Price jump is ridiculous. Will never go back.

    Completely messed the order up and refused to make it right. Argued instead. Embarrassing customer service. Wings aren't bad but never going back because of that experience.

    They lost a star right off the bad because it's 20-freaking-18 and I couldn't pay with my card online. The options were cash, gift card, or pay at the counter. With Wings Over Providence, I could pay with my card online through GrubHub, but this one isn't on GrubHub, and I think I understand why. They suck!

    They lost another star because I showed up, paid, and waited 30 minutes BEYOND what they said to pick up my order. It stated it would be ready between 11:25pm and 11:35pm. I picked it up at 12:05pm.

    I get home, my order is wrong. I ordered hot garlic, garlic Parmesan, and Cruisin' Altitude. One was definitely garlic, another was...plain?? It had no sauce or seasoning on it. The other was teriyaki? WTF? Did they just throw whatever into a box and call it a day??

    I try my onion rings. Seriously. How do you screw up onion rings??? They were crispy but the onion itself was dry and gross. Didn't taste fresh and I immediately tossed them. Not eating old dried up onions you fried up.

    I'll stick with Wings Over Providence because New Bedford, you fail at life. #NeverAgain
